Gigi was born in France and spent her childhood enjoying pastries and cakes from her local Boulangerie. Any little occasion was a good opportunity to enjoy fresh and delicate handmade pastries.  

Even now after 30 years she can still remember the tastes the smells and the shapes of the sweets but more importantly she keeps in memory these moments of sharing with family  friends and loved ones. The stories that Auntie used to tell, Dady’s big smile just before eating his slice,  the laughters with big sis and little bro and all the plans to get an extra slice, Mummy’s pride when her friends were praising her for the cake she made… and MANY MORE MEMORIES.
